Customizable

We take the concept of personalization to the extreme, we adapt the product to your specific needs. The product may be distributed in its standard version or can be integrated into your current management application to have a unique working environment. Intuitive interface

Enterprise Scorecard is designed to be used in an intuitive manner, to achieve this we have developed a single user interface through which you and all your staff can interact with the system. Here can find all the necessary information, value of its indicators, percentage yield respect its desired value, trend, temporary implementation of the indicator, etc. Through a modern system of concealable tabs can have access to the historical value, to the graphics of evolution, the details of the indicator, etc. You will also find a legend that will teach you the meaning of each of the symbols used to represent the above-mentioned parameters.

Shared branching

Enterprise Scorecard incorporates a feature unique to the industry that allows the creation of a new pattern of management based on an existing table. This will allow you to create different Scorecards for each of its departments which are centralized by a general picture, the members of each Department will be only their objectives while that you can see the overall development of the company. When a value is reports from one of the shared tables, the rest will receive that value and they will be updated automatically. In this way you have always the updated Scorecard without having to enter any value directly!
In addition, the shared branching allows you to set different target values for each of the shared tables. If you mark a target with a desired value of a 10% increase in your Scorecard, you can make a copy of that goal to another Department with a higher target value. In this way will ensure that its objectives are met more than!

Temporary and evolutionary implementation of the objectives

Enterprise Scorecard will inform you graphically at all moments the State of the performance of their indicators. It has developed a system that allows you to see if a target has reached the desired value, is below the minimum value or evolving between the two. But Enterprise Scorecard will also allow you to see if it has reached the desired value within the time period that you specify for each indicator.

Trend indicator

Enterprise Scorecard will indicate at all times the evolutionary trend of its indicators, will tell you if it is positive or negative trend in order thus to take corrective action when you're still in time. Won't have to worry about indicate whether its objective must be upward or downward trend, simply indicate the acceptable minimum value and the desired value and Enterprise Scorecard will know if show a trend positive or negative when its aim to raise or lower.

Evolution of the weight of the objectives

To develop Enterprise Scorecard we have put special attention to allow software allows to represent faithfully the daily reality of their work. We know that a company priorities change and that is why we have developed a product that will allow you to change the priority of their objectives through a system of weights. Create your Scorecard, indicate the weight that has each indicator in an objective and if at any time you want to change it may do so. Enterprise Scorecard will save its new definition of priorities and will be calculated from the time with the new values. At any time you can go back and see how it was the Scorecard before making the change.
