As part of our process of continuous improvement, SOFTENG has always been attentive to adapt new methodologies of work in the field of the development of new technologies. That has enabled us to evolve in order to offer our customers a close project, to keep it informed at all moments the State of your product and thus take the decisions necessary to make the result exactly what they expected.

Development methodologies

From the already old Waterfall methodology to the modern technical agile, SOFTENG has adapted its internal processes based on the experience and knowledge, seeing the flaws posed each methodology and modifying them to minimize them. This form of work led us to a way of working very similar to the Scrum methodology agile to adapt naturally. The next logical step was to form working teams and enhance the figure of the Scrum Master by means of official certificates. As a result, we can say that SOFTENG was one of the first companies at the national level to implement this methodology, obtaining greater satisfaction from our customers, better results of projects and a great working environment in our teams, hotbed of sure hits.

For relatively small and well bounded projects, we use the SOFTENG Agile methodology.

For projects fairly large or very large, because it is not often feasible analyse and pinpoint all the functionality required, we use the SCRUM methodology. This methodology makes it possible to discover, prioritize and incorporate in an iterative way the higher value features for the client, reducing risks and maximizing the return on investment for your company.

Systems methodologies

Our long experience in the implementation of systems engineering projects has led us to develop a methodology to confront new installation projects and also our intervention when in complex scenarios with systems already installed but not working as expecetd. The experience, ability and knowledge of our technicians, coupled with our way of working, allows us to offer the implementation, maintenance and the monitoring of their infrastructure with the maximum guarantee despite of its complexity.
